The idea of Shri Sai Cultural and Community Center of Washington/Shri Sai Aangan Seattle was conceived in July 2012. Our first event was held on 29th September, 2012 at the ACRS (www.acrs.org), Seattle with a community luncheon being graced and blessed by our Revered Guruji Dr. Shri Chandra Bhanu Satapathy.
Registered as a non-profit organization in the State of Washington, the MISSION is to be a part of the SAI Movement which has been led by Guruji Dr. Shri Chandra Bhanu Satpathy since early 80s’, promoting the Philosophy & teachings of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba for human Love and Compassion.
To establish a Center to conduct charitable activities with the spiritual philosophy and principles of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba.
We would like to request all of our Sai families and friends from every corner of the world to join our FaceBook page (Shri Sai Aangan Seattle) and lend support to achieve our mission and fulfill our vision.
- Benefit people of all cultures and religions of Washington State for understanding the Shri Sai movement.

- Bring peace and happiness among citizens by spiritual practice and meditations.
- Help homeless people by distributing food and clothes.

Invited by Chaplain for the US House of Representatives, Rev. Patrick J. Conroy on a request made by Seattle Congressman Jim McDermott, Guru Ji Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy, the noted scholar, philanthropist and spiritual leader from India, opened the day’s session of the United States House of Representatives with a prayer as Guest Chaplain on Wednesday 24 June 2015.
